South View’s game tonight started off well, with the Tigers scoring 14 unanswered points early in the first quarter against a traditional state powerhouse, Richmond County. Unfortunately, those were the essential highlights of the night, as Richmond County reeled off 55 unanswered points of their own over the rest of the game for a 55-14 win. They managed to get several turnovers and stopped the Raiders several times, but they ended up giving away more than they earned in that battle.
The Tigers travel to Overhills next week.
