“…I WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT”

This is a clip from Monday night’s town board meeting. In it, Commissioner Mike Mitchell mentions a request for information he asked other commissioners to provide, mentions that he works with professionals, and then says “I’ll leave it at that.”
Following this quote, he defended his actions by talking about how he was a top vote-getter in the election. It begins around 1:27:19 in the youtube Town Board meeting video.
Make of that what you will. A threat. A promise. Name dropping without naming names, only categories of employment. Who knows? Hard to tell when he pretty much “yada yada”ed his way from one point to the other.
It’s just curious behavior from an official who pleads for “team building” while assuming the worst out of the others on his team.
